Made-to-Order Items
Each item is produced only after you place your order just for you. This allows us to avoid overproduction and reduce waste. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Wrong size or color selection

General dissatisfaction with style or fit
We strongly recommend reviewing size charts and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at art@egyptianstreets.com. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

Clear photos of the item and issue

A short description of the problem
After review, we will either:

Replace the item at no cost, or

Offer a full refund if a replacement cannot be made.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days. Please note that Egyptian Streets cannot refund any customs duties, shipping fees, or taxes paid on international orders.
Exchanges
As each product is custom printed when ordered, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure you select your size and product carefully before purchase.
